PARENT REFERRALS: The greatest gift you can give us is the referral of a new family. We have just a few openings left for our 2024-2025 School Year. A New Day CDC will offer a $300referral fee to any family that you refer once their child has been enrolled for 6 weeks.

POTTY TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

In our 3, 4, and 5 Pre-K classrooms, diaper changing tables are NOT available due to the schedules, equipment, and activities in these rooms. Therefore, it is expected that all children enrolled in these classes are potty independent.

A child is considered toilet trained if they can effectively communicate their needs, independently use the bathroom, manage their clothing, clean themselves properly, and wash their hands with minimal assistance.

Additionally, parents will be required to continue paying the higher Toddler Tuition Rate until their child can use the potty independently.

PARENT RESOURCES

https://www.verywellfamily.com/three-day-potty-training-tips

If your child is ready to be out of diapers, congratulations! Using the toilet is an important skill that further develops your child’s independence and increases their confidence. The purpose of toilet training is to teach your children how to recognize the sensation they feel in their bodies before they need to use the toilet, as well as how to use the toilet, put on and off their clothing, and wash their hands.

The most important thing to remember is that potty training is a process and your child will have accidents. However, assuming they are developmentally and emotionally ready for toilet training, if you stick to this method, your child will be using the potty consistently in just three days. Learn more about how to quickly potty train your child.

CHOOSE THE WEEKEND

You will need three days in a row where you are home with your child. For working parents, this method works best over a three-day weekend or a time when you can take off a day of work to add on to a regular Saturday/Sunday.

You will be inside for most of the weekend, so it is important to mentally prepare yourself to spend lots of time with your child. Have fun with them! If you can't block out three days, on the final day, discuss what you have been doing with your childcare provider and ask them to continue the process.

2024 HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

2024 REMAINING HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

Ensuring your child's well-being depends on our team maintaining good physical and emotional health. Our school strictly adheres to a thoughtfully planned budget to promptly fulfill financial commitments. Therefore, upcoming holidays and school closures will be observed as paid holidays, with specific dates communicated in advance through posted memos.

If a holiday falls on a weekend, the corresponding day off will be observed on either Friday or Monday. Despite fixed costs spread over the calendar year, please be aware that there will be no reduction in tuition for these scheduled breaks.

We recommend keeping a copy of the calendar below for reference, enabling your family to plan accordingly.
