All caregivers at A New Day Child Development Center have years of training and experience in early childhood development and the childcare industry.  Each caregiver uses positive guidance methods that help the children learn self-control without the loss of self-esteem.

Our staff works closely with the parents to determine the best needs of each child. We provide each child with a nurturing atmosphere that encourages each child to appreciate their unique gifts and talents, and to recognize and respect the uniqueness of others. A balance schedule of activities, suited to the child’s development helps promotes cooperation and reduces stress.

Our staff has exceptional creativity skills and is well organized, patient, and dependable. The teachers have an innate ability to reach students and educate them. We pride ourselves as being able to cooperatively work with the children and their parents.  Irma, along with her staff, have built strong, trusting relationships with many of the students and their parents, which has aided in their referrals to ensure a continued enrollment each year since our opening in 2009.

A New Day Child Development Center has a strong commitment to accessibility and diversity. Its open door policy embraces all who desire to provide a better quality of care, preparedness and education for their children.  We work hard to provide affordable, first-class care giving and education by providing a broad range of integrated programs and services and innovative learning approaches. We are committed to taking a leadership role in childcare services, higher learning, community services and promoting cultural diversity. We have also teamed up with the Texas Workforce Commission Child Care Solutions Program to be able to offer those same services to students whose parents are not able to afford the cost of childcare on their own.
